Mini Projects Easter 🙂

Today marks the end of our Spring Term, a time when we would usually finish school for the Easter holidays and celebrate and enjoy 2 weeks. Although you have already been away from school, you have still been completing tasks and school work, now it is time for that well earned break. I will not be sending emails each day with work to complete until Monday 20th April so you can really enjoy some time off.

This does not mean you have to stop everything if you don't want to. I have included some mini projects for you to have a go at and links to different websites with tasks you might enjoy having a go at to keep you busy.

Also, if you would like to carry on with your packs or any 2do's on Purple Mash, you most certainly can continue with these at your own leisure.

Could you start a new project today?

Reading

As well as reading independently, follow the link to listen to a different David Walliams audio book each day.

Science and Design Technology

Can you create the solar system? This task will require research and creativity.

This could be through artwork or using your design technology skills to make a model.

Look at some of the examples below for some ideas. Take a picture- could you email the picture for our class page?

R.E

Message from Fleur:

This Sunday is Palm Sunday and the diocese and Church of England are encouraging us to create our own palm crosses as we will be unable to distribute them as usual.

So you can be as creative or simple as you like - there are online tutorials and diagrams to help you create a palm cross or you can cut out a cross, and design your own.

When you have done it, put it up in your window as a symbol of unity in our separation.

It would be really lovely if you were able to send me a picture of your crosses so we can put them on line and create a collage for when we are back at church again reminding us about how we came together spiritually on that day.

For our youngsters, if you want to be really creative it would be great to have some Easter gardens, or Easter pictures which again we can use online and when we are back at church.

Please take care of yourselves

Best wishes and my prayers,

Fleur

Art

I saw this drawing of key workings in the U.K. It made me very proud of the country we live in and how the country is working together to help.

Could you have a go at capturing this pride in a piece of art of your own or have a go at copying this one.

15 Day Song Challenge

Each day of the Easter break make a note of a song that matches each of the statements. Can you play it and sing along? Maybe a family member could complete it with you to compare your choices? I will be doing it!

Also, Favourite has a u in it- Favorite is the American spelling.
