CLASS 4/5J HOME LEARNING 25.03.2020

March 25, 2020

Good morning everybody.

If you follow the link https://www.worldofdavidwalliams.com/elevenses/ on your computer or tablet you should be able to listen to somebody read to you this morning. It is David Williams reading a short story from one of his books. Listen to the story that he reads, there is a different one every day. Write me a quick e mail telling me what you thought about it.

If you struggle to access it, don’t worry just carry on reading your real books and completing your book reviews. I hope that you are enjoying them.

Next try to complete the rest of the grammar activities in your pack. If you get stuck just drop me a line on purple mash and I will be able to help.

After a break I would like you to look at the multiplication pack. There are some games in there you could play with someone who is at home with you. You might try the dice game or you might want to cut up the link game and see how fast you can complete it. Keep the pieces in your pack and you can play again later.

This afternoon we should do some geography. There are two map activities set on purple mash. Then can you draw me a plan of either a room in your house or of our classroom. Remember a plan should show objects as if we are looking at them from above and should include a key. For example a blue rectangle is a table and a green circle is a chair.

Have a good day

Stay in touch

Mrs Jenkins.
