Today, if you can, have a look at this. There is a daily video and the one for "day one" is all about breathing in love and breathing out fear. I think it is wonderful and will start my day with it today. Let me know how you felt after you had finished watching it.
Next have a look at the grammar activities in your pack. You should still have a couple of sheets left to do. If not then have a look at the activity I set on purple mash called "Frank's Window." Nobody has handed this in yet.
Have a break and then try some maths. Play a times table game online or complete another sheet from your pack. Do you remember the Maths Factor website I showed you? It was always free to try the multiplication test on it but now the whole site should be free to use.
After dinner do some reading, have you finished both your books yet? If so you could complete a task from your reading tasks sheet. If you want to write try task E and task G. If you feel like drawing then try task H or task J.
Finally do a bit of exercise. Can you jog on the spot for a whole minute? How about hopping? Yesterday when we were doing the Joe Wicks workout Watson the dog ran off with my water bottle! Have you tried it yet? Children all around the country are drawing or painting rainbows to stick in their windows. Could you make one? If you don't have paints or crayons you could do one on purple mash. I would love you to bring them in to school when we get together again and we could display them in class.
Have a good day
